• User Uploads: Images you upload for AI analysis.
• Generated Content: Marketing captions and viral posts created by our AI models based on your uploads.
• Usage Data: We use Matomo Analytics to track site visits and interactions in a privacy-compliant manner.

3. Data Processing & Public Visibility

By using this service, you provide your clear and informed consent for this processing under the DPDP Act. If you wish for a specific post to be removed, please use our Grievance Redressal mechanism.

4. AI & Third-Party Service Providers

We use the Google Gemini API to analyze images and generate text. Your images are transmitted to Google for processing. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain uploaded images and logs as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with statutory obligations under the IT Act, 2000.

6. Your Rights

As a "Data Principal" under Indian law, you have the right to:

• Request the deletion of your uploaded content.
• Correct or update information associated with your account.
• Withdraw consent for future data processing.
